Responsibilities

• Maintain 80% productivity in patient care to include evaluation, consultation, treatment, and documentation in specific discipline
• Maintain 20% productivity in leadership duties
• Supervise new therapists within specific discipline to include: train in specific protocols/evaluations/consultations, train in documentation using EHR, sign all documentation until credentials are acquired
• Lead department team meetings
• Monitor supplies/evaluation materials and send requests to Clinic Director
• Oversee and organize all student internships for specific discipline
• Monitor therapists schedules and wait list for specific discipline
• Assist with program development
• Assist with Performance Evaluations of team members
• Assist with the interview process for new hires

Education, Experience, Licensing Requirements

• Master’s/Doctorate degree in specific discipline
• Current TN License
• Minimum of 3 years experience in specific discipline with at least 2 years in a pediatric setting
