Payment and Deposit Information

A non-refundable deposit of $100 per camp is required to secure your child’s spot.

The remaining balance is due in full on or before the first day of camp.

Payment Options:

  • Credit/Debit or FSA/HSA Card: To pay by card, please call billing at 865-444-3941 or pay online at The TEACH Group Billing Page. Please note: A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments, but not to debit cards. This is an external fee we do not control.
  • Check: Make checks payable to The Teach Group. Checks can be dropped off at the main office or mailed to: 1240 Old Weisgarber Road, Knoxville, TN 37909.

Liability

The TEACH Group makes every effort to ensure that the campers have a safe and fun experience while in our care. While every precaution is taken for a safe environment, there are inherent risk factors when in a group setting.

By submitting this form you understand and accept these risks and agree to allow your child to participate in the camp activities. In addition, you release all Directors, Administrators, and employees of The TEACH Group from any and all claims for liability arising from your child’s participation in the activities of The TEACH Group camps.

This release constitutes a waiver of legal rights, and by submitting this form, you are also indicating that you have read carefully and fully understand the contents of this waiver.
