Do You Have Questions You Can’t Answer?
Many parents sense that their child is struggling but cannot pinpoint why. Do these sound familiar?
- You’re receiving many negative reports from your child’s school or daycare.
- Your child’s behavior is inconsistent, unpredictable, or unmanageable.
- Every day is filled with big emotions that get harder and harder to manage.
- Developmental progress has stalled despite best efforts.
Without clear answers, families often feel stuck. Parents hear different opinions, receive incomplete explanations, and can’t be sure which services their child truly needs. This uncertainty can delay support and increase stress at home and school.
Wanting answers isn’t wrong. It means you are paying attention and want to do the best you can for your child.
The Teach Group can help.
You Need a Thoughtful and Comprehensive Evaluation
Diagnostic assessments provide a clear and structured way to understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and needs.
Our psychology team uses comprehensive evaluations to identify developmental, behavioral, and learning differences. These assessments help guide informed decisions about therapy, educational support, and next steps.
At The TEACH Group, assessments are not rushed or one size fits all. We take time to listen, evaluate carefully, and explain results in clear and meaningful ways so families can move forward with confidence.

How Our Pediatric Diagnostic Services Work
Intake Appointment
A psychological consultation is often the first step in the assessment process.
Your first appointment is a time to share concerns, discuss developmental history, and ask questions in a supportive setting. The session brings clarity and direction about the process of care for your child as the psychologist guides your family through the evaluation.
The psychologist helps determine whether further evaluation is recommended and discusses possible next steps, referrals, or services. Together, you’ll collaborate on a care plan that will help your child’s development.
Diagnostic Evaluations
Our diagnostic evaluations are comprehensive and individualized.
We specialize in evaluating a wide range of developmental and psychoeducational concerns, including autism spectrum disorder, behavioral disorders, dyslexia, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and other school related challenges.
Evaluations typically include:
- An initial psychological consultation
- Two structured testing appointments
- A results appointment to review findings and recommendations
Re evaluations are also available when updated information is needed.
Our goal is not just to provide results, but to help families understand what those results mean and how to use them.
Parent Coaching and Training
A diagnostic assessment is an important, and often overwhelming, part of your child’s developmental journey. While we’ll help you understand your child’s diagnosis, that is only part of the journey. Many parents need guidance and training to translate insight into action.
Our parent coaching service can help. These short term sessions provide parents with tools to manage behavior, improve consistency, and strengthen daily routines. Coaching is practical, supportive, and focused on strategies families can use right away.
Clear Answers Change Everything – Get Yours Now
