Yes, a physician referral is required for our Occupational and Behavioral Services. Our front office will assist you in this process.
As a courtesy, the TEACH Group will check your insurance benefits and file claims to your insurance company. All patient payments are due at the time of services.

Good attendance in therapy is essential for progress in meeting goals. The attendance policy states that three or more no-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment), excessive absences, tardies or account balances can result in your child being placed on a call list. While we understand sometimes that there are circumstances beyond your control, consistency in therapy is a key to your child’s success- it is for this reason we have the policy in place.
