Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Policies and Procedures that contribute to excellent customer service, efficiency, and minimize complaints
- Lead and participate in program development
- Maintain clinical integrity throughout disciplines and attend/lead departmental and staff meetings
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to accreditation guidelines for therapists
- Maintain and update documentation standards for quality assurance purposes
- Recruit, hire, and train staff
- Oversee space utilization and organization
- Supervise and mentor therapists to build a culture of learning, collaboration, and expertise; including, but not limited to performance appraisals and continuing education
- Understand the vision of the company and work toward meeting company goals
- Assist Owner/CEO in community outreach, marketing, mission and core value shaping among therapists, and growth of company
- Carry a part-time case load of 15 hours/week

Education, Experience, Licensing Requirements
- Current state of Tennessee therapist license, in good standing
- 3-5 years clinical experience in pediatrics
